I can get the springs off the claw but they don't pull out of the trem block - is there a secret, trick for he DGT? I have never had the problem with a PRS before.

Needle nose pliers are the best tool for the job

I've tried a needle nose, I guess I need to pull very, very hard - more so than I heve in the past. Thanks.

Had the same issue on one of my Strats,,, Just give them a good tug and they'll come out.
Just watch the pliers don't fly out of your hand and land on the guitar!!!

Pulled hard and the ones I wanted out came out no problem. Tried a different setup and didn't like it, springs back and DGT back to it old self.
