My DC 245 Willcutt Ed with Nitro finish

Weirdest thing happened on my beautiful DC245 in Vintage yellow. Was playing the guitar after leaving in the case for a couple of weeks. Noticed that a small piece of finish came off on the bass side of the heel. Weird!!!

I couldn't find the missing chip anywhere near the case.

What do you guys think?
