I've been thinking about switching from 11s to 10s on my DGT for something different. Does anyone have experience doing this? Any downside?
I supposed I could just stick a set of 10s on and find out for myself, but I'm a bit lazy today.

Only downside I can think of is that you may need to adjust the trem for the lesser string tension.
I tried it, but for me personally, I found that the .011s complement the DGT better.

Besides the obvious reduction in tonal depth, it's mostly nuance. And yes, the trem has to be adjusted. Personally, I like the 11s impact on my Cu24 and should have made the change long ago. 57/08s love 'em.

+1 with the trem.
You may need to adjust the truss rod a hair.
It's only going to be some slight tweaks to the setup so no real downsides.
