How does the acoustic sound compared to the cocobolo ones?



I cannot truly make a subjective comparrison Les. I traded my Cocobolo for this one, so I can't A/B them. My Coco had a cut-away & this one obviously does not. This seems to be warmer & more boomy................ I would say that it is also human nature to be biased towards what you have in your hands :biggrin:

Actually, based on everything I've experienced back in the day when I had BRW with an old Martin, your description makes a lot of sense! In any event, it sure looks like a beautiful guitar; love the bearclaw, too.
