View Full Version : Show off your Glossy ME1

Hey gang, I have come to the decision that I will be sending my FBJ ME1 into the PTC to have it glossified. Need to sell some gear that is just sitting before I can swing it, but in the mean time I'd love to see what you got out there. I started doing it myself, but I simply don't have the time or the necessary skills to get it to meet my (and PRS) general standards. I have no bad feelings of starting it myself since I much prefer glossy, so it's too late to step back.

Not sure if you can really tell, but it has also faded quite a bit. Just like real blue jeans. I may do a complete refinish, but I know that would cost a lot more. Will likely leave that part as is.

loved the controls lay out. the original one never really worked for me. same with all the HB guitars, JA15 included.

Not an ME-1....but I had my '08 PS Santana that had been originally finished in ME flat "glossified" by PTC when I had it refinished in nitro.
