What do you all do to make your guitars your own? At first I was thinking about the little touches, but then realized there are some amazing mods and tweaks going on. Show us what you did/do to your guitars.
I've changed pickups, tuners, tuner buttons, knobs, added toggles for various things, but I've never made a permanent mod to a PRS.
Here's a Tele I replaced the tuners and installed a P-Rails pickup with a switch to select the singlecoil, the P90, or both. The pickguard is new, too.

Schaller strap locks go on immediately, and then pickups or truss rod covers. I don't go crazy with mods......

I have showed in earlier threads about my tremolo mod, changing the block and having the bridge flat to body. The brassblock in a PRS tremolo is in my opinion the weak spot of the guitar.First i changed to a Callaham block that sounded great and finally to a Fender American Standard block that sounded even better.Everything else about PRS guitars i absolutely love.Cool mod on your tele btw.

On my main PRS I just installed straplocks and changed the rotary to 3 way and push pull, which I was used to on my old guitars.

The only thing that gets done to my guitars is:
Schaller Strap Locks
Planet Waves Autotrim Tuners
Ernie Ball Cobalts in 9 - 42.

I tend to order my PRSes in the colors and with the options I want, so they're sufficiently personalized out of the box. I have a strong preference for the PRS strap buttons over strap locks. They're less fiddly and they work fine for me.
But I do feel that urge to accessorize! So I generally get a new strap, a bunch of picks, sometimes a gig bag, sometimes a different case, maybe a pedal or two.

Same, never needed them with PRS guitars. Somehow straplocks take away a bit of the PRS aesthetic for me. It should be an inconsequential detail, but I can't seem to get past it.
Otherwise, I'm all about ebony tuner buttons. Just love 'em! It's hard for me to think of a PRS that isn't improved by them.
Pickups? I've only replaced in one of mine, I tend to like PRS pickups. In my Mira I went with Bareknuckle Rebel Yell's. They sound outstanding in that guitar. (Burnt Chrome covers)

I am with Schefman on this one.

I also like to put my name or a special date on my guitars.

I like to leave my PRS guitars pretty much stock.
I did however, mangle my Strat in the mid 80's by cutting a hole for a humbucker, adding a mini switch to split the coils and bolting down a hideous locking trem.

A few years ago I installed a MannMade bridge and fixed the damage to the body.
I also installed a nicer pickup that blends better with the single coils.
The mini switch is still there. Add some roller string trees and the guitar really rocks now.

PRS get the rotary and I cut out the tone and replace it with a sour (on/off) switch.
