PRS makes some of the best instruments in the world. We know this. But what I dont think a lot of people know, that we do, is how amazingly close knit the company is with their fans.

Have you ever dealt with a company that cared for their customers as much as PRS does on a personal level?

Ive never seen a company throw as many events at their factory and dealers across the world than Paul and crew.

Also have you ever bonded with members of a forum as much as we have here? I will be the first to admit that through PRS and BAM I have made some people that I hope to keep close to me for all of time - some truly amazing people that I would even call family.

Totally agree with you, Mike. I deal with some companies and a few are very very good in the post sale thing and caring about their products, but I've never seen anything like PRS. It's like home

Productions such as Experience, Signature Club, Private Stock, Artist Package, Custom Amp Design and the PRSGuitars YouTube channel are second to none as is the company. To think that I am a part of the PRS family is overwhelming.

I think part of the reason it's personal with PRS is because of Paul. He's not only into the products, and making a good business happen, he's out there on stages, he's friendly with the customers...basically he's like your friend who makes guitars, only he makes the best guitars you can find, has a sizable company, and is still in a band and digs playing!

He's one of us.

That's way, way, cool.

I have never felt the need to actively promote and engage a company without some sort of compensation before, it's new feeling for sure.

I too have dealt with and used many companies over the years. When I finally found PRS and fell in love with the quality and excellence of their products, I then found how awesome the people and PRS treat their customers as well! With clinics around the world and the yearly Experience that I now look forward to every summer!! You can actually call them during the week and speak to someone with first hand knowledge from the factory floor and will happily answer my dumbest questions...lol BRAVO PRS!!!! I also feel honored that they let us be part of this amazing company!! Best guitars on the planet!!!

Certainly not like PRS. I have some really cool relationships with small luthiers, but no company on the scale of PRS. It's a big part of what makes the PRS company what it is, and why I keep coming back.

Mesa Boogie. I got a personal phone call from the lady that handles warranties when I registered my Roadster. She gave me her direct contact #, and said if I had any issues, to contact her directly. Every time I have contacted their support. I get the same treatment.

Working with their Hollywood store, and parts store are fantastic. Quick turnaround, and willing to answer any question.

I've been spreading the word on the Bernie Marsden (And SE's in general) for almost a year on Y'tube and various forums, and will continue to do so. Just my way of saying thanks for a great guitar! :)

Been very happy with Laney too!

With both of these companies it's not just the fact they make great products but they're great companies.

I've had some very good relations and interactions with other companies(Bad Cat amps, Voodoo Lab), but no other company I've dealt with holds a candle to PRS in terms of community and family. Not even close. No one else has ever sent me a Christmas card either. It's the attention to details in how PRS deals with people, kind of like how they treat those little details on the guitars...every aspect being important.

PRS does an amazing job. They get it...As far as other companies in the music field...Ron Thorn does a great job at making his customers feel like they matter and the Thorn community is very close knit. Bruce Zinky has also done a stellar job in making me feel that I am important. What sets PRS apart is the sheer size of the operation and to their credit that they have remained so successful in this aspect of their mission.

On my Good list : PRS,Knaggs,Bogner,Marshall,Lava, Keeley,Mackie

On the Crap List: Fulltone ( Mike was a complete and total tool when I contacted them)
Mesa treat customers like they are children who don't know what they're doing
FMIC all the companies that fall under this umbrella have practically forgotten what customer service is.

On my neutral list basically a list of people I've had good and bad dealings with : GC Mars Gibson Crate DR Strings. Groove Tubes
