Show Me Your blue Guitars! (Sorry Sergio!)

Ok...

Normally when someone starts a thread like this they have something to show. An example to start the whole shebang off. Unfortunately I don't...

You see, I like a bit of blue. I have done for years! Indeed, I've spent countless hours on the internet hunting down that perfect bit of blue. Last Christmas I thought it would be the end of the search but alas, it wasn't to be. Instead I wound up with a purple one. But don't weep for me as I love it!

I am an optimist though and I think my search for a blue guitar (Hopefully a PRS) will come to an end sooner rather than later. But I need something to keep me going... A little inspiration... Some colourful medicine if you will.

So please oblige this poor chap and show me your blue guitars!!! Maybe i'll come back to this thread one day and edit this post with some pics of my blue beauty! :)

Nice!!!

Really liking Faded Blue Jean at the moment. I think the only blue i'm not too keen on is the Whale Blue in the SE range.

The original owner did contact me and said the guitar had spent some time in a shop window before purchase which explains the level of fade. Its a CU22, semi-hollow. Pups are #7s and suit the guitar well. It also has another novel option of a tone control and a sweet switch (on the tone pull-push).

When I first went to see the guitar I was trying to remain calm and cool, but when the case was opened I only exclaimed one word (rhymes with 'duck' :) )

Definately a nice blue tint, love the top on that one!

There's a blue one I've seen on this forum in the past with a really distincitive top which blew me away - had a really distinct stripe. It was in a calendar if I recall?
