The 4 denotes the year. your guitar was made in 1994 The color is emerald green. WT stands for wide thin neck carve.

You are OK....It matches....ignore the 4 on the neck plate. You bought a nice ce24 with HFS pickups. Great guitar!!!

If it is a bolt on there is a chance the neck may have come from a different guitar.
