What a tough one. One of my biggies wasn't a choice; the 245. I have no family, but this reminds me of the old thing about 'which of your kids is your favorite?'.

My fav changes with my mood. It's tough to select just one, which is why I chose 3. :D HFS/VB when I'm feeling hard core, 57/08s when beauty and sophistication are on call, and P-90s when I feel like a bada$$. ;)

I love the 53/10s and ordered my most recent guitar with them.
But I voted for the 57/08s, as I actually think that for an all-around, general purpose pickup, they're tops.
For the music I play: DGT neck / Tremonti bridge.
Versatility: DGTs and 57/08s (or whatever it is that I have in my ME II)
408's not listed, so I voted for the DGT.
My favorite is 57/08 with 53/10 in 2nd place.
