The headstock looks like it has the Eagle, so not a 408? A Siggy? I should know this but I can't tell for sure.

That looks like Davy's new #1 - a custom built Signature in Faded Blue Jean with I *think* a Pernambuco neck.
It seems to have the 408 pickups right?
Yep, the "Signature" guitar has 408s :)
That's what was throwing me off--it looks to have a 408 in the neck at least, but no blade selector like a 408.
Nope, it has the original switching with the 3-way toggle.
