Knob removal, what does the PTC use?

Okay the PTC removes thousands of control knobs. I know you guys aren't using shoestrings, what do you use? Can I buy one?

I'll bet they use the cleaning rag trick.

Why use anything besides shoelaces? They work great!

They probably pop off the ones they can with their hands and the stubborn ones get a Knob/Bushing Remover

Just slide under the edge of the knob and work it up until you can grip it with your fingers.
