Hey buddy, welcome aboard!

Howdy! Welcome.
I'll address the rotary switch. Yes, they start to get noisy when they get old. No, you can't just hit it with contact cleaner - it's sealed! This is actually one of the very few complaints I have with PRS. The sealed rotary switches get noisy and it seems the only real fix is to replace them.
But things are not all gloomy. PRS has a section called the PTC. The do factory/original quality mods and repairs. You can get your switch replaced, or even change the electronics around to a different kind of switching. They can fix the saddles, too.
Contact the PTC department by email and discuss it with Shawn (he is also on this forum).

Welcome to the forum.
Try John Mann for the saddles. He might have some options for you. For example, he has cast them in raw brass in the past.
