I don't think he has been mentioned, but one of my favorites is Peter Criss..
The most influential drummer for me would probably be John Bonham, because from the first moment I heard Good Times/Bad Times, I wanted to play guitar with that dude on the drums. I also liked the styles of Ian Paice of Deep Purple, Bill Bruford of Yes, and Barriemore Barlow of Jethro Tull.
Gotta agree with Steve about Portnoy... Adrenaline Mob is some fantastic music! And his new project sounds killer too!!!

Mike Portnoy for sure and also Martin Lopez (ex-Opeth) is VERY creative drummer. I miss him a lot (sorry, Ax, you're awesome too).
