Godfather II - Michael Corleone to Fredo Corleone
Actor 1: Apes don't read philosophy.
Actor 2: Yes they do, _____. They just don't understand it. Now let me correct you on a couple of things, OK? Aristotle was not Belgian. The central message of Buddhism is not "Every man for himself." And the London Underground is not a political movement. Those are all mistakes, _____. I looked them up.
Aha...Got one! Not the speaker quoted here, but the movie that featured what I consider one of the best acting roles ever.
"Are you just going to stand there and bleed?"
What happened to "Skin that Smokewagon" and "Jerk that pistol and go to work"?
OK...nobody could solve my signature?
It was from Richard Linklater's "Waking Life"...one of my favorite flicks.
OK..open field...next???
I didn't read the whole thread so I hope I'm not repeating, but here's one of my favorites:
Listen to them. Children of the night. What music they make.
Another one of my favorite flicks...this is actually a song from the movie...imagine it uptempo, punked out....when I hear the song, "my head is like a sin" sounds more like "My head is like a sieve" so I'm not sure which version is correct...
My momma talkin to me,
tryin to tell me how to live.
But I don't listen to her cause my head is like a sin.
my daddy, he disowned my cause i wear my sista's clothes.
he caught me in the bathroom with a pair of pantyhose.
The basketball coach had done and kicked me off the team,
for wearing high heel sneakers, and actin like a QUEEN.

I believe it is "'cause my head is like a sieve". Anyone who transcribes it as 'sin' probably also thinks Creedence sang "there is a bathroom on the right", sheesh

I only know is one from the album which I'm pretty sure predates the movie which I never saw. I'll leave it for someone who actually saw the movie.
Hint: it's not 'Guns N Butter' or 'Dead Leopard' singing.
Hint: "Earache, my eye!"
