In Carroll County (45 miles NW), we have 3 inches of slush on the streets. Think clear, watery snow or rain that you can shovel.

At BWI. It snowed before 5AM. then the blizzard of "unfrozen" snow washed it all away. At least the MD panic commensurate with the reported possiblity has kept enough people home and schools closed to make for a nice peaceful day. :D
