A natural harmonic is the 2nd harmonic, which means that its frequency is two times that of the fundamental note's frequency (i.e., the harmonic on the 12th fret is equal in frequency to the fretted note at the 24th fret). It also means that the frequency's wavelength is one-half of the fundamental note's wavelength.
