The DGT!

Just picked up a 2 channel custom! Opened box and guess what? No footswitch.... Plus no manual.

I had the Mesa 2x12 rectifier cab for years but after hearing the PRS 2x12 I mediately sold the mesa....... Just sounded more like my old Marshall 4x12 cab.

I just checked this one out at Northeast Music Center This week. WOW! It was smoking with tone. The spongy feel of this amp was exceptional.

You might want to reconsider that! I love vintage relics and the normal nicks and scratches but, the same thing happened to one of my DGT guitars. I thought the same as you but then it got much worse...

I was able to compare the standard DGT to my maple topDGT a few weeks ago and was very happy with the maple top. Just added a nicer dimension in the tone spectrum for me. The Standard was great...

This pickup also sounds incredible when coil tapped!

Is there a list of available options for PRS amplifiers? I'm seeing some great looking amps lately and was wondering what's available for Tolex/Vinyl coverings, Grille Coverings, Speakers...etc.......

Getting of topic here! But since we are discussing the studio model, can someone tell me if the body thickness is the same as the McCarty/Grissom models or is it the standard Custom thickness?

How long did it take to get your cabinet?

If I remember correctly, with my 1990 ce you were able to keep the tremolo arm on while closing the case. You just had to turn it so it pointed to the bottom control side.....

I wish I could help you on these question but it seems that there is not much info on this amp other than what's been stated off the web-site. I own one and really love it! but would like to know...
