I installed one on my Tremonti SE Custom.
Had to dowel and redrill for the new trem claw.
Not a big deal but it made an "easy install"a little more time consuming.
Good product though ... works...

If you're going to refinish your guitar, please use appropriate paint and not Krylon.

I would opt for the Tusq nut FIRST.
I added Phase II locking tuners to my Tremonti SE Custom and still had issues ... until I changed the nut.
Same goes for my SE245 ... the strings kept binding in...

The only thing stopping me is Mark Tremonti's autograph.
I just can't being myself to do it. :(

I own an original '03 Tremonti SE, a new Tremonti SE Custom, and an SE245.
In my experience, the stop tails appear more resonant.

I wonder how thick that veneer is.
I would be afraid of sanding right through it. :o
