Here Here!! lol

I'd say the Studio would be PERFECT for you!
The guitar will still make a harmonic, it just won't be "picked-up" by a pickup that is directly under a node of that harmonic. The string doesnt move there and if a string doesnt move in the...
I just asked this over at the other PRSForums.
I took the HFS out of my '94 CE24 as soon as I got it. It installed a real old Dimarzio PAF Pro and it's been in there ever since. I swapped the 57/08...
Yeah I don't think they would either. Some of those tradetang and DHGate etc les pauls are made in the (one of the) Chinese epi factories so one of their counterfeit epiphones..well have you ever...
Like themike said. It's Ziricote not Ziracote.
Anyway, I see lots of it (Ziricote) as acoustic guitar backs and sides but never seen it on an electric before. It IS stunning..and pricey.
I...
WOAH!! I', starting to really like this pace :-)
OK so...excuse my ignorance. And my laziness. I COULD google it and find out I suppose but this is much more fun ;-)
The CE(22?) is re-released correct? Like you can buy a NEW CE? But only the 22?...
Wow Bubba...you read all that? lol. I know...OrangeDrops are like pickups with ceramic magnets and mustards are like A2. Some people prefer the ceramic mags. To me and for my style (or lack thereof)...
I dont think that's it jfb. The eBay one looks more blue than purple and the one in the reference link doesnt seem to have the white stain like the eBay one does. Man...I WANT IT!
Imzadi, there is a PILE of pics if you scroll down in the listing. At least there was before it was re-listed. OK..off I go to check out that link for reference. Thanks for the replies.
As was said...use the smaller voltage caps..unless you have/get the bigger ones cheaper. There's just no need to buy the higher voltage ones and they typically cost more..at least in the NOS market...
Saw this on FleaBay the other day and no one seems to know what the name of the color is. It's been called GAs Blue lol. That's what it SHOULD be called..GAS Blue...or BNI Blue (blaren NEEDS IT...
For those of you who own PRS Studios, please let us know what you think of them.
I got one in Dec 2011. I found the 57/08 bucker to be WAY underpowered compared to the NFs on that platform. I...
There are a few discussions about this at another PRSForum. There is mention (here) of PRS not being able to source raw materials...or that they "ran out of wire"..??
What is the raw material they...
I think the cases are kinda cheesy too. Especially when cheaper guitars come with better cases. I know that it probably saves a few dollars by going to the solid hard plastic handles and the 3...
oopsies. Guilty of...checking the box without actually doing the "I have read and agree with all the fine print" thing.
Hopefully what I said is (barely?) within the rules...you know, the part about...
Hmmm...there must be a lot missing from this thread. Some edited/deleted content?? Now WHY would WishICouldPlay go storming-off like that? Don't fit-in? Cause of seeing the Beatles on ES at the age...
I love my PRSs. Sold a '64 ES335 that I never played and thought hey...this might be my chance to try one of those PRSs. I had heard about them and seen them in the magazines but I've always lived in...
meh...try not to worry about it for a while. Like I said at the other forum...you'll probably get used to it..or more likely, you'll make an unconscious adjustment and it'll stop "happening". Good...
My Studio is my favorite axe. Most of my love of the Studio is owed to the NarrowFirld pickups. The ONLY major gripe I have with the guitar is the 57/08. If any of you are members at the "other"...
Looks like not.
Are we allowed to post Wanted to Buy threads here? Cause...I'm kinda looking for a great deal on an SE.
My main gigger is a 2011 Studio. My ex #1 and my current back-up/drop D...
So has anyone incorporated two caps, switchable using the push-pull so that you have one cap when in HB mode and when you pull the coil split pot to go to SC it also switches the cap?..or better yet,...
Every acoustic is NOT guaranteed to need a neck reset in it's life.
Jean Larrivee said in an interview about this that of the over 2 million gutars he has sold in the past few decades way fewer than...
Yes PRSs can have deadspots just like any guitar can. Sometimes they're caused by a high fret, a low fret, a grooved fret, or a lot of other issues but the typical dead tone or spot is caused by what...
