Yeh, I'm usually likewise but I think I've figured it (no pun intended ...) - I like one-piece quilt tops but not so keen on book-matched quilt.

Worst humming issue I had turned out to bethe halogen lights in the ceiling of the room directly below where my amp was situated. Only happened when they were on!

An Alfa Romeo GT 1.9 JTD. Reasonably quick, handles great, good for 45mpg+ on a long journey and - if I put my PRS in a gig-bag - I can get my full rig in the boot!
