In my experience, yes. All mine (at this point, 15+) are way above average good guitars. I use to say that Private Stocks are exactly what they demand for. It's not like some are great, some are not....

Around 20% of my guitars are PRS.
More PRS than any other brand. But followed by Suhr, Fender, Hamer, Mcinturff, Gibson, Collings...

I know it varies from time to time, what used to be a 10 back in 89 could qualify as a PS top 20 years later, and so. But this one would qualify at least as a 10 top in any PRS era, IMHO.
