For me it would depend on what type of music you're playing. The 513 can get more different sounds but I prefer the tones from the DGT for classic rock or blues. The 408 is a little more modern...

You guys just can't stop copying Carvin can you?
Just got this one in today, 408 Std in Antique White. I needed something a little more pedestrian yet versatile for a project I'm working on. This one will do nicely. ...
Because even in a smokey bar from across the room it still looks better than a G&$@&:
PRS Guitars - We might have been partially responsible for Nickelback, but don't hold that against us.
Anyone ever hear of getting buckle rash on a keyboard?

I'm in agreement with this. The Santana headstock looks great on the Santana and the Singlecut. I prefer the pointy headstock on the offset double cut, it just looks right on that body style.
Congrats. I love mine. It's the most versatile PRS I've played. Love the neck profile on these. Thinking about another one to maybe send to the PTC for some tweaking.
Awesome! The top turned out even better than I would have thought by looking at the raw wood. I'll look forward to seeing that one in person for that Windy City Tone Fest.
Same here, all green on the test but no pics. I'm pretty sure that Flickr sucks a*s...... at least that's my opinion. I could be wrong. If anyone who can actually bring up the pics wouldn't mind...
can't see it via ipad, or on a mac pro with safari or firefox.

Now I have these images in my head of Shawn dressed like Elmer Fudd.
Get a cat. Works wonders for all the rabbits, chipmunks, birds, and mice we used to have. You just have to figure out how to dispose of the bodies.
I'm with JFB on this. I can tolerate Pattern but W/F is where is at.
I've had mixed results trying to get a 245 scale to intonate in dropped d-flat with DGT 11s. Not sure if it was just me or the string gauge, scale length, etc. The A and D strings we just a tad off...
Really diggin the new birds, they look great with the white finish.
Thanks for the comments. I've never been much of a quilt guy myself unless it was a spectacular killer quilt example like this. I was really going for creating a tone monster similar to Pete's Jade...

So far it's awesome. Everything I would expect in a PS. Tone wise, it's got a little more bite than my Wood Library SC but it's in the same neighborhood. I like the combo of the lightweight body...
Sinker neck
Lightweight hog body
Madagascar rosewood neck
59/09s
Paua birds with MOP outlines
3 months to the day I went to the wood library, this shows up......

Not sure.
Digging that blue quilt in that lineup.
