I stand corrected. thanks :top:
Someone got a great deal!
From what I've read 2012 models are P22s (53/10s). Early in 2013 they switched to P22 (57/08s). I think they were always called P22s but some dealers were more specific.
That's interesting that they are back using Honduran mahogany. For several years they were using the African variety.
Awesome. Congrats. I had a similar experience. I'm a Lifeson fan as well and looked at his signature model. I came close to buying one. Like you, I was so psyched when PRS launched the P22 trem. I...
That makes no sense:iamconfused: and I'm a native spanish speaker. Anyway, it probably has become obvious but the guitar neck in spanish is 'brazo' which literally means 'arm'. It's also called...
Welcome, Redbeard. If I'm not mistaken the new version started in 2012 with the P22 and simultaneously on the Hollowbody models. One of the new features is that the individual volume in each string...
That is the best reason to bring an old thread back! Glad is working out great for you.
Kevin, so are eyeing another one? Or are you waiting for the rest of the run to show up?
Welcome aboard! That'a a very elegant McCarty, enjoy it.:top:
The first one was amazing, but this one came out even better!! And trem to boot!
That's interesting. I wonder why... did they give you a reason or just plain no? I understand not doing it in a regular production model, you can't please everyone... but on a PS??
2004 APs didn't have Brazilian fretboards. It could be one of the 500 run Brazilian limiteds which had the name "Brazilian" inlayed under the PRS headstock logo.
I agree it's too crowded. I still prefer the LP style switching. Maybe just taking out one of the tone knobs and keeping the 2 volumes (a la DGT). If I could ever order a private stock it would be...
Sounds awesome. You have a winner there for sure!
Yes, you should
It can be done, and with trem!
A John Wesley Signature model?
Thanks, I missed that link.
I'm in Duxbury. I know some people and do frequent Cohasset & Hingham. I also get my haircuts in Cohasset at Pat's :)
Wow. Stunning simplicity and beauty! Would love to hear how it sounds.
There you go. That's your answer. That way you cover the CU24 and Santana
A dream guitar right there
