    Pattern Neck

How does the new pattern neck (on a 22 fret) compare with an older WT?

I have several SEs with a 22 fret WT, and I do like them alot.

However, I do prefer the WT necks on my 92 CST24 and 93 STD24, they just feel "homey"

The 08 Mira feels a bit thicker and wider even though its a WT.

Toying with replacing the 92 CST24 with a new Siggy, but on the fence for many reasons...neck being one.

    Thoughts?

Pattern is a Wide Fat with the shoulders more rounded/wood removed - less D and more V, although not sharp like a Fender V profile.

It's a deeper neck than the old Wide Thin, which is now Pattern Thin and which also has the shoulder rounding efffect.

I was big fan of the wide thin necks myself but I got a siggy and after playing it for a while it felt weird going back to the wide thin. I like the pattern regular just feels like a little more "beef" for when really digging in some bends

I love the feel of the pattern, too. It's great that way.
