Don't think I have either, maybe my 1st PRS in '96 if any. I've heard PRSh reference that no one fills em out. As long as you have receipt of purchase with your name on & serial #, you should be fine. That's all I needed for the one time I had a warranty issue.Originally Posted by markie

Tis true.. I have had two warranty repairs on two different guitars that were not registered... no problems, as I went though the two dealers I bought the guitars from.
