So if it was within your power would you bring back the Old Birds as standard spec? yes....no??? Straight forward and pretty simple but feel free to elaborate!!!

Except the old birds were never standard ... they were an upcharge on most models.

So would the old birds become standard and the new birds be the upgrade, or just do away with the new altogether in favor of old?

Old birds standard for birds...and how about ME birds for upgrade?

I would love to see the old birds come back. I'm probably in the minority here but I'd even settle for old birds made of MOTS or just plain white plastic with abalone and MOP available at an upcharge.

I've said no, as the new models should have something new.
Save the original birds for the '85 reissue models that will surely eventually come out.
Exacrtly that! I hope it'll be a regular production model one day.
My favorite birds are anything pre-hollow birds. Any of the materials used are fine. While I like the hollow birds and "dirt" birds(on select colors), I like the look of the old birds best.
Long live MOONS!
But the newest style, like on the CU24, are the best birds yet aside from etched.

I'd like to at least bring the old birds back as a standard option, even though I like both the old birds and the new birds.
I agree about moons...and Dirty Moons are by far the best.
As for any of the birds my actual favorites are probably the 20th anniversary birds in flight with the whisps or the Americana birds.
But I dig the old birds as a standard option.
