I would say silver BECUASE you guys tour so much that I think it would start to tarnish. Also, I think nickel would emphasize the burl isntead of overpower it.

I am an avid consumer of this thread. I refrain from posting on this thread because I don't belong in the PS arena other than the appreciation for the art. I simply cannot help myself today. Wow this guitar is amazing!!!! I would pay just for high quality pictures of the finished piece!!! Trevor...you are a lucky man! My vote is a gold Bigsby.

I really do not like gold hardware...

GO FOR THE GOLD on this one, though. It screams for it.

The recessed pup screws are a standard feature.

    PSF Tuesday Edition

This started life as a zebra-themed Whackmaster and then it was refinished sometime after the fact. It has now come back to the factory to have the original zebra finish re-applied.

The white base color has been sprayed, now Brian prepping it up for some black stripes.

I feel like I saw this guitar for sale somewhere recently, I remember the mention of the fact that it used to have the whackmaster paint job. Returning her to glory was a good choice!
-I'm no expert, but it seems to work and I haven't electrocuted myself yet. Which is pretty much the standard I live by.

I don't know if you had Fruit Stripe Gum as a kid, but this totally reminds me of the zebra mascot!

We were more sensitive where I grew up - we had Confirmed Bachelor Stripe gum.

I loved that gum when I was growing up. I'm going to have to look for it now.
