    Yes we do use wooden guide pins to accurately align the top with the back. If I still had that HB cut up that was given away in the No Shave November contest, I'd take a picture of how it looks from a side angle. It just so happens that particular guitar was cut right through one of the guide pins.

    This one was hand-carved and then reverse engineered for the CNC machine. That's why you see all the measurements written on the inside of the top.

    It didn't make the grade for whatever reason and was cut up. Often times, cut ups will be used for finish tests.

    Holy **** I just landed at the airport coming home from a three week tour and PSF was the first thing I pulled up and hell yes that thing is looking incredible. What a way to wake up and be welcomed back to the states. I'm pumped
