    Here's a model I had the chance to try for a little stroll around the block, way back when... What a cool ride that was!

    [QUOTE=vchizzle;69631Les, if that's your Tonare....it's beautiful. I can't wait for a tone report on that baby...and a pile of pics, of course.![/QUOTE]

    No worries, you know me and the tone report thing! Also pics will definitely be taken and posted.

    Dunno if that one's mine or not...but it certainly is beautiful.

    I went the PS route to get the maple back/sides and carbon fiber rod that aren't available on the production models, but seeing all the guitars come together on this thread is really inspiring!

    If that is indeed (one of) the Tonare being built to match my Angelus, the top is Redwood.

    So if I go through a dealer... I can actually visit the factory myself? I thought mere mortals weren't allowed and only dealer types were allowed in (and got to send photos). If that's a fact - after we complete the spring patio project... I'm scheduling a summer trip to Mecca!

    Yep, you can go. I've been with my dealer a number of times. Plenty of folks here have gone. I'm thinking you should do a spring guitar and a summer patio.
