Another in Hansomatic's collection...The inspiration for and ultimately the sister guitar to mine....yes...I do covet....indeed I do...mmmmmmmmm.
If I'm completely honest there is this one as well...
Markie has 6 that I totally plan to buy just as soon as I win the lottery.
" This Santana is a one of a kind 24.5” scale with 24 fret Brazilian rosewood fingerboard. It also features birds in flight inlays, mahogany body and neck, , and a double cutaway design allowing easy access to the higher frets. This is a 2009 “1980 West Street”, mahogany body, mahogany neck, Brazilian rosewood fretboard, Sapele headstock veneer Natural finish with HFS treble and Modern Eagle bass pickups. This is part of a run PRS did of the West Street models without the dragon body inlay. This has a Santana neck carve which has a 1 21/32” nut width.
If I thought I was going to live this long I'd have taken better care of myself!
Just in case someone is considering that beauty... that's not a BRW fretboard unless it's a 1-off. The additional run of non-limited Westy's were made with East IRW fretboards.
If you can live without the dragon inlay and Sapele top, they're just as good (IMO) as the limited run.
