Thanks for this. I've been thinking about upgrading to a good power supply so i'll bear this in mind.

Never thought a power supply review could be so interesting.
But learned a lot actually, I don't have a full pedal board but have seen these all over people's boards. I do think they take quite some space from the board. Can't they be screwed upside down, underneath the pedalboard?
also would be interesting to see what your iKEA shelf pedalboard looks like.

Thanks for the feedback guys. Glad I could help some people out.
My old power supply was fixed to the top of my board and did take up 'pedal space' however, the cioks is now mounted on the underside to free up the top side for more pedals!
I'll get some pictures stuck up later so you can take a look at my IKEA board lol
Ikea... I went the more dowmarket route and cobbled mine together with bits from B&Q!![]()

Nice video. I use a Cioks designed power unit as well. It's an Eventide PowerFactor, basically the same unit as yours, and love I it.
Here's a couple of pictures of the board how it looks now (rushed putting it together, needs tidying up), the gap on the top row is where the old power supply was.
Not bad for £10, they even come in pairs so I made the other guitarist in the band one too!
