Wow I just found out a dealer here in Aus has gone into receivership, with some awful repercussions for anyone who had instruments on consignment and didn't register on this PPSA.

Jackson's has some very nice guitars in stock, including a pair of ME1's (DC and SC), about the only chance someone in Aus has a chance of owning one (because of the BRW/CITES thang).

Do you guys in the US have similar protection for personal property on consignment?
