I had a sick feeling just reading that article. Horrible. The airline should be giving him the value of the guitar, not the repair. There's no way to tell if it will ever be the same. The repaired guitar value won't be the same. I might have been crying. ATA case. Makes me afraid to ever try to fly with a guitar.
Horrible. Absolutely horrible.
