Blocking a trem with an "uproute"

I have a Tremonti SE Custom and would like to block the trem for "dive only" to help provide better tuning stability and to allow for alternate tunings. I've seen gadgets like "tremo-no" and such but I was just curious what PRS recommends.

    Thanks for the help.

The tremol no works well, but you can also place a piece of wood between the brass trem block and the cavity wall. This will keep the guitar from going out of tune if you break a string.
