Aha...Got one! Not the speaker quoted here, but the movie that featured what I consider one of the best acting roles ever.

"Are you just going to stand there and bleed?"

This rings a bell but I can't put my finger on it right now.

Edit: Never mind... Right genre, wrong film!

Wyatt Earp - "Tombstone" (actual quote - "Are you gonna do something? Or just stand there and bleed?")

The Chaz Palmantieri character to the Bikers in the bar in "A Bronx Tale"

    OK...Here's a good one...my signature!

"Super perfundo on the early eve of your day."

Extra credit to anyone who can get it without googling it. One of my favorite movies I must admit.

I didn't read the whole thread so I hope I'm not repeating, but here's one of my favorites:

Listen to them. Children of the night. What music they make.

That was easy. Count Dracula to his solicitor as he arrives at the castle.

I'll try a different one soon, since no one appears to be a fan of "Waking Life"

Another one of my favorite flicks...this is actually a song from the movie...imagine it uptempo, punked out....when I hear the song, "my head is like a sin" sounds more like "My head is like a sieve" so I'm not sure which version is correct...

    My momma talkin to me,
tryin to tell me how to live.
But I don't listen to her cause my head is like a sin.
my daddy, he disowned my cause i wear my sista's clothes.
he caught me in the bathroom with a pair of pantyhose.
The basketball coach had done and kicked me off the team,
for wearing high heel sneakers, and actin like a QUEEN.

I believe it is "'cause my head is like a sieve". Anyone who transcribes it as 'sin' probably also thinks Creedence sang "there is a bathroom on the right", sheesh

[new thread idea] What-are-your-favorite-misunderstood-lyrics [/new thread]

I only know is one from the album which I'm pretty sure predates the movie which I never saw. I'll leave it for someone who actually saw the movie.

Hint: it's not 'Guns N Butter' or 'Dead Leopard' singing.
    Hint: "Earache, my eye!"
