Now I have a question....I noticed the edge issue on newer guitars but not really on my older 90's ones.....did the edge become slightly sharper or more angled over time or is it maybe I just never noticed it until more recently? Softening it is definitely a good idea.
Actually It may have more to do with me playing thicker McCarty bodies rather than cu22's and slight positional changes I make due to the difference....not really sure but I've noticed the irritation occasionally.
