    NGD - Singlecut Trem. 1st made with Hansomatic Mod..................... Hehehe!

    Hans & I were in the Library together at Exp 2012. He explained what was termed the "Hans Mod" by Paul Miles. I said: Hey, I want that too. Looks like I got the 1st Hansomatic Mod

    I hope the mod on mine isn't subtle!

    The sharp lip on the edge of the body (top only) is sanded down from the waste back. No more irritated forearms.

    Now I have a question....I noticed the edge issue on newer guitars but not really on my older 90's ones.....did the edge become slightly sharper or more angled over time or is it maybe I just never noticed it until more recently? Softening it is definitely a good idea.


    Actually It may have more to do with me playing thicker McCarty bodies rather than cu22's and slight positional changes I make due to the difference....not really sure but I've noticed the irritation occasionally.
