I don't think you get any kind of confirmation, I never have. Would be nice to know they got your guitar registered.
I have regged four guitars now,, never got a confirmation.
Pretty sure I got an email confirmation thanking me for registering on the last one I bought (2012 DGT a few months back).
I sent my registration in a couple of months ago but got no reply of any kind. I did get the PRS gift pack so I know they at least got the registration card.

I never got a confirmation on both that I have sent. I just assumed they got
them.
I am a bit miffed about that thank-you package. Got a defective guitar and sent it back. Didn't get a replacement untill the very end of december. Thought I would have had more than a week to send it in. Was more busy enjoying playing the guitar than worrying about sending in some form.
It is my fault for not checking the date. It would have been nice to get that extra stuff because I have really become a fan of PRS now.
I was able to confirm through customer service.
I have never ever sent in a registration card......
