no matter what kind of diet I have to do, if I can have a pizza, Ben & Jerry or Haagen Dasz and sushi I am doomed. I can go easy with them, but I need my fix of it from time to time.

OMFG. I got some of these for Christmas, I brought the whole thing into the office. It's hell, I can't believe what a blunder I have made. They just will not stop getting in my belly.

I'm a sucker for cinema sweet popcorn or honey roasted cashew nuts.

Mt. Dew for drinks. I have a hard to e letting go.

Food wise sushi. I'm a pescetarian (recent development in my life) and absolutely love sushi. I'm pretty sure I could eat it every meal.

I once thought there was a food I could not put down. Diabetes and other health problems quickly disabused that notion. I used to love Caramel Creams, I'd eat them by the bag. If I did that now, I'd be going to the hospital. 10 years now, and I haven't had one. When it becomes an issue of life or death, you'll be surprised what you can give up.

    Enjoy it while you can.
