Hey;

well, i just released myself from "tower ten" ... evidently "a safe haven for mentally challenged individuals". I went hoping for some help but it was like Stalag 17 with Nurse Kratchett running the show. totally pointless.
so, i went down to my neighbourhood pub, which is just across the street and always have good bands.
the band that was playing are a sixties, seventies type band, really good and a lot of fun to listen to. they have two guitar players and i've built a bit of a friendship with one of them, the other guy doesn't like me at all (geez, imagine that (lol)). anyway, after the second set the guitarist who doesn't like me invited me to play a few songs in the third set with them. so, i popped over to my condo, got my swamp ash studio with a nailbomb in the bridge and came back. i think he was very surprised. it was a "put up or shutup moment". fortunately, i was able to "put up". the guitarist that i get along with loved it, not so much the other guy. played the whole set. i was good, didn't try to make them play "hot rod lincoln" or the "house is rockin"... oh well, i really don't have any point to this ... well, maybe i do a little ... sometimes people are who they say they are and can do what they say they can do.

Man I love a Swamp Ash PRS guitar, very distinct tone! Probably stood out well I'm the mix with that band?
