Forgive me, but what are RP's?

RP's are the stock pickups found in original Modern Eagle guitars (RP Bass and RP Treble). RP stands for Ralph Perucci, a long-time employee of PRS. He's now a sales rep in the North-East US.

He's also a smokin' guitar player.

I like the RPs in my ME1. I also have an early ME2 with 57/08s...they sound different but both sound great.
