    MODCAT Scribblings

    OK, not exactly the MODCAT itself, but the text string above it. Mine says "47/5P" or "47/50". What does that mean?


    What other obscure bridge pup cavity hieroglyphics info can you guys contribute?

    I know that a "10" in the pickup cavity (but not on the headstock) indicates that the top had potential to be a "10 top" but didn't make the grade after carving/sanding. I think PRS usually goes a darker colour on these tops e.g. Whale Blue.
