Uk prs 245 on way

Have a se 245 on the way to me! In black cherry. Then hope to have some input to the forum as I'm new here. What string guage does it come with as standard? Some things online say 9's others say 10's??

Also it's coming with a PRS USA SC hardcase. Anyone know what that's worth (uk prices if possible)

Congrats on the soon to be new guitar!

Pretty sure the 245 comes with 9's stock. I recommend 10's on that scale length but each to their own. You may need the slots widened for 10's.

We can't discuss prices on here... I'm thinking that extends to cases too.

Thanks for the replies. I think that's were the confusion was coming 9's as standard but 10's preferred. I usually use 10's anyway so ill do a bit of fettling and stick the 10's on.
