I gotta go with Spinal Tap, but That Thing You do is great, too.
I personally think Crossroads is an excellent movie .
Almost Famous, Rockstar and Airheads! haha

All the ones listed are great, but I was blown away by this one:
"In Search of Beethoven:
Not only is it a terrific exploration of Beethoven's life and musical history, there are incredible performances by many of the finest Beethoven interpreters/orchestras in the world, and interviews with the conductors and players as to why they're interpreting the music as they are.
It's really fascinating and wonderful.
Then again, it's hard to beat "Hard Day's Night."
The mystery of human existence lies not in just staying alive, but in finding something to live for.
-- Fyodor Dostoyevsky
Only one movie has Morris Day.
How can you not vote for this?
I recently watched The Buddy Holly Story and liked that a lot. I haven't seen Hard Day's Night, I'll have to check that out. Was never a Beatles guy growing up and didn't get into them til later.
There are a lot ... in addition to the above ...
Jesus Christ Superstar
Buddy Holly Story
PRS Private Stock #3568
PRS Swamp Ash Special
Mesa Mark V combo
Fishman Loudbox Artist
I voted for Spinal Tap.
But only because "Kiss Meets The Phantom Of The Park" wasn't a choice.
"What do we want?" "Time machines!!!" "When do we want them?" "That's irrelevant!"
I really liked August Rush. It is worth it just for the bit where the orphan first plays a guitar, but there are a number of other excellent moments in it.
I've only seen one of these.
Guitars - PRS
Amps - PRS, Orange, Bogner, 5150 III
How much more better could this poll be? And the answer is none...none more better
+1 themike honorable mention for Airheads, any movie that mentions a naked picture of Bea Arthur HAS to get honorable mention...
1990, 91, 92 & 97 CE24s
1993 Standard 24
2011 Custom 24 Throwback
2012 Signature Limited Trem
2013 408 Brazilian & Paul's Guitar & S2 Mira
What about "Josie and the Pussycats"? I freakin love Dujour!!!
The Muppet Movie (at least my daughters thought so).
and I'll add Easy Rider and Forest Gump.

I'm going with This is Spinal Tap AND The Blues Brothers
Although "We're on a mission from God" is tough to beat...(I'll spare you the 106 miles to Chicago line), "A Hard Day's Night" gets my vote. I watch it several times a year.
