I had a spiritual experience today...

I played a Tonare Grand custom today...I also played many Martin's and Taylor's...

no comparison...total spiritual experience playing the PRS...I tried liking the other guitars....really I did....but man...I am seriously gassing.

I fell in love with Mark's Collection version....completely unique piece... unreal.

This one brought back all of those memories playing his...amazingly well balanced instrument...it was an older model with the Carbon Fiber Rod....i am not as well versed in acoustics...I have stayed away from the acoustic world....for me they represent the possibility for a new and all consuming obsession...but I have been tempted....

this one was up there with the Goodall's And Froggy Bottom's I have played...highly impressed yet again by PRS.

I have much to think about....amazing experience.

Me either! It sounds like a fantastic idea for a guitar!

***Hey Bob, sorry for the delay, had a couple personal things come up that ate up a lot of my energy and time. I'll ship you some goodies tomorrow....

They are excellent guitars. I have, umh, let's say more than one acoustic and the Grand Tonare has a very pure sound. My pernambuca one (back and sides) is to die for. You want to play it.

and you want one of your own. You need to have a good acoustic.

EDIT: for reference, I also have a Laskin (Brazilian) and Taylors.
