    Movin' Into the 21st Century

I have old cassette tape of my personal favourite band that I played in. Want to make it MP3's. Think I figured this out and was able to "doit" from my cassette player and computer.
Two songs, recorded at the Grand Tavern (yes, was it grand (lol)) in Orangeville, north of Toronto in the Summer of 1975.
I'd been playing banjo for just over a couple of years so it's a bit sloppy and singing third harmony. No guitar for me here.
First version of this band with about three practice sessions before the gig.
Have a listen if interested ... Takes a couple of seconds to spool up.
    Thx.

I dunno... My experience with kids in tech shops is that they know everything until you actually ask them. They'll know to try and sell you the most expensive version though!

What you're asking for can definitely be done though.

You need to get one of these.

You can use this and a copy of garageband to convert all the tapes you want. Somebody paid me to archive a huge amount of tapes at $10 a tape, I thought it would be an easy way to make a few bucks but it turned out to be exhausting!
