    Zach Myers SE

    Hi

I have a PRS Zach Myers se guitar and just need a simple question answering.
Can anybody tell me what pickup is being selected with the switch ? I know middle is middle pickup but not sure what the up and down positions are selecting.

    Thanks

I think it'll be (towards you) neck pup, middle pup and then bridge pup. I take it it's a three way switch so you can only select each individual pup, rather than any 'between' sounds.

    Hi

    Thanks for the quick replies.
It is indeed a three way switch so thanks for clearing that question up for me.

    Cheers

i've done some checking, it seems to be wired like the ace frehley's les paul. it goes like this..

    1. bridge pickup
    2. bridge and middle pickup (not sure is it in phase or out of phase with the bridge humbucker)
    3. neck pickup

please correct me if i'm wrong, but i think it's not possible to wire or assign an individual humbucker to the middle position only for a typical 3 way toggle. right? from what i know, most middle humbuckers if they do exist on a guitar, it's wired this way.
