Signature Club Event at Experience 2013?

I'm curious if anyone knows about what time the Signature Club event will start? I'm trying to plan my travel itinerary and want to make sure I get into town with enough time to make it there. Right now it looks like I'll be getting into Washington National about 1:30 pm. By the time I get a rental car and drive to the hotel in Annapolis it will be quite a bit later. Any ideas? Thanks.

That helps a lot. It might be worth it to fly in a little earlier just in case.

You might want to consider flying into BWI. It would be much easier for you than Reagan National.

Maybe, but DCA went smooth & quick for me and it's quite a bit cheaper.
