I dare not post what I weighed 5 minutes ago. I sweat my balls off shooting sporting clays in 90° heat yesterday, then had a really light lunch followed by dinner at a friend's (salad, non-fat vinaigrette, 8 oz of sea bass, and a glass of wine), followed by a trip into DC to see the fireworks (10 block hike in both directions, including major ball sweating).
Today, a yoghurt for breakfast and a grilled chicken breast sammich (with lettuce and a dab of mayo) for lunch, and a trip to the pool where I actually swam laps! I'm trying to stay hydrated, but I'm down quite a bit.
I'm going out to dinner tonight with SWMBO and friends, but it's seafood again, so I'll be good...
I hope it sticks, but I doubt it..
P.S. Just to rub it in, I weighed 236 a few minutes ago...
But that's not official, until tomorrow am...
Great post. I cannot wait for your followup post about your seafood dinner tonight, where you tell us whether or not your balls got sweaty at the restaurant. Meanwhile, I will be going on a strenuous hike tomorrow and I expect I will be sweating too. I will leave it to your guys' imagination which parts are sweaty and which stay dry. Or possibly I will include photos. We'll see what kind of mood I'm in.
I was really getting hungry - thought about screwing it all up with a PB&J. Then I read two posts in a row about sweaty balls.
Thanks for the help fellas.

Not part of your journey here but its commendable and difficult. The wife is a health nut and I on the other hand am a guitar nut....I used to think the two were mutaully exclusive

Keep up the good work fella's...there are those of us cheering from the sidelines if that helps at all!
As I expected, yesterday's unexpected, weight loss didn't stick. Well, not all of it, but I am still down a bit from 3 days ago...
Started at 249, now a shade under 237. 12+ lbs...
Off to the shooting range in a few, then SWMBO and I will take in a Washington Nationals game tonight. They are following the game with a free concert with "Thompson Square", a relatively new husbands/wife country duo. Should be fun!
209.2 this morning. Not a big shift from 213.6 but 4Lbs is a good start. Just 9.2 Lbs to go. My jeans fit like normal again.

Jamie's back on top. Some might say that's just because I am using a digital scale, while his scale uses tubes. Almost 65 pounds lost so far.
I will weigh in this coming Friday.
To much food over this 4 day weekend

Haven't posted in a few days. A trip to Indy Tuesday through Thursday and then a family emergency Sunday and we are still in the thick of it.
But I'm down 10 even
