Hi Shawn... Just checked that link out. If you're athletic, that one will definitely overestimate your percentage. It uses age and height (along with weight and waist size) to guess your LBM based on averages from the general public. If you've been working out for a few years, you've probably got 5-7 lbs more muscle than the average, which means that they may be overestimating your percentage by 2 to 4 percent. Based on your avatar pic, I'd guess that to be the case. You can test that out by checking out the difference 40 and 20 in the age entry with everything else held constant. They assume if you're 40, you probably have a desk job, don't work out consistently, and have lost some muscle to regular aging. If you work out, eat well, and generally get exercise, you'll probably be a couple of percentage points lower than that calculation (at least...body builders can show up as mid-20s with this sort of calculation when in fact they're actually at 5 or 6).
Amazon sells calipers for anybody interested...though for me, the actual number probably doesn't matter so much beyond the fact that I tend to geek out with whatever hobbies that I get into.

layed about 20+ hours of tennis since my last weigh in on August 12th plus running 2.5 miles a couple times, so not too surprised about the weight loss. Just concerned about losing muscle from dropping weight that fast.

http://www.bodpod.com I know its ridiculous looking but find a local one near you. I believe its $50-$75 and it properly anaylzes your body and gives you a read out of everything. I think its worth it becuase it'll analyze muscle too.
